Lovely start from fish market tour, chef Jimmy is very knowledgeable and his cooking is at another level. Never expected a winery tour could have such nice experience pairing with wine and foods. Joined a few winery tour in Perth and New Zealand, this is showing something different and worth to choose this over other Hunter Valley tours.

I did the hunter valley wine and food pairing experience with Jimmy. It was an exceptional experience! Jimmy was very personable, informative, and fun. The spots on the trip were great and I enjoyed all of them. The food was so exceptional food paired with the wine. I left full and satisfied. I would definitely recommend for a day trip outside Sydney!

The overall itinerary was well-planned, adding several scenic spots to the previous Blue Mountains tour. These included Lincoln Rock, Boar Rock, the Three Sisters viewpoint, and the town of Lula, all offering pristine natural landscapes. The vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz mid-size van, seating 14 people. The van was relatively new, and the driver/guide, Mark, provided excellent explanations and offered friendly service.

The Blue Mountains day trip was fantastic! The itinerary was perfectly planned, not rushed at all. The scenery at Lincoln Rock was breathtaking, a truly immersive experience. The team service was exceptionally attentive, and our driver, Mark, drove incredibly smoothly and provided detailed explanations – highly recommended! The vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz V-Class, which was extremely comfortable and exactly as described. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Blue Mountains!


