A lovely day trip in a comfortable bus to Cowd Castle and Betsw-Y-Coed. Plenty of time to walk around both places. The guide spoke with enthusiasm and expertise. In short, a very successful excursion.

A great tour through Angelsey and Snowdonia. The drive was enjoyable and the destinations were well-chosen. The tour guide was friendly but only active during the drive. This meant that at each stop, we were on our own (which wasn't a problem). The destinations differed slightly from the itinerary (for example, a short hike in Snowdonia was listed, but unfortunately, it wasn't included). This might have been due to the wait at the cruise terminal. We were among the first to disembark, and gradually the other participants (all from our cruise ship) arrived. In the end, we had to wait an hour on the bus before departure because someone was missing and they waited for ages. That was rather annoying. All in all, though, it was a good tour and recommendable, especially considering the price.
