Overall, it matched the description. The driver was a woman with excellent driving skills and was very enthusiastic. She even offered to help take photos. I give Ctrip and the driver five stars. The only regret was that some tourists had poor team spirit and were not punctual, arriving 40 minutes late. As a result, the return trip didn't start until 5:10 pm, and the group didn't finish until almost 8 pm when we reached Jiefangbei!

A big thumbs up to our tour guide, Mr. Wang! This trip to Chongqing's Wujiang River, Wulong Natural Three Bridges, and Longshuixia Gorge was truly an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to Mr. Wang's professional planning and attentive service. First, the entire itinerary was perfectly paced, with seamless transitions and no wasted time waiting. At the Wujiang Gallery, he gave us ample time to admire the river views and take photos. At the Wulong Natural Three Bridges, he not only took us to see the filming locations of "Curse of the Golden Flower" and "Transformers," but also clearly explained the formation of karst landforms, enriching our knowledge while we appreciated the magnificent scenery. The hiking route at Longshuixia Gorge was well-designed, serene and deep, with the guide always staying in the middle of the group, constantly reminding everyone to watch out for slippery spots – very thoughtful and considerate. Mr. Wang's explanations of the attractions were professional and thorough, his language vivid yet concise, allowing us to truly appreciate the wonders of nature. There was absolutely no pressure to shop; it was a purely immersive travel experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. The timing was perfect, helping us avoid peak crowds. The photo backdrops were all pristine mountain scenery – I was extremely satisfied! In short, it was a fantastic trip to Wulong, Chongqing. Thank you to our guide, Mr. Wang, for your hard work! Many thanks to Mr. Hu, the handsome and considerate driver and guide from Chongqing Hangwei Travel Agency. The journey from Chongqing to Wulong involves nearly 6 hours on the highway and another hour on the winding mountain roads, both extremely steep and difficult to drive. However, he drove very smoothly, without any bumps or sudden braking. It was the most comfortable mountain road experience I've had in my 20 years of travel. He was very meticulous and considerate, providing detailed and thoughtful explanations of the key points at each attraction. Especially for our small group of 8, which included 44 Australian friends, he was particularly patient in explaining and reminding us of everything. In the evening, he even took us to a hot pot restaurant near the hotel, near the entrance of Shenxian Street. Absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍 Thank you again, Mr. Hu, for your hard work and companionship throughout the day! 🙏

Our tour guide Doris was very friendly and helpful. She did not rush us and she was very knowledgeable. We do not speak Chinese and she spoke English so we were able to communicate well. The night before we spoke on WeChat about our meeting place and our tickets were shared in a group chat which was very comforting. We covered a lot of areas we would have missed on our own. We highly recommend this tour.

Before the trip, Mr. Zhang provided necessary reminders and made detailed contact with us. On the way, he introduced interesting attractions to us at any time. The itinerary was well-planned and flowed smoothly, and he managed the time very well. We could communicate with him if we had any ideas, and he would try his best to meet the needs of the passengers. The trip was fantastic. The driver, guide, and the lady giving the explanations were all very professional. My child listened attentively and was completely immersed in the awe-inspiring intangible cultural heritage. Personally, I think that when you come to Chongqing, you can completely ignore the city's scenery or stroll through the pedestrian streets, but you absolutely must see the Dazu Rock Carvings. The guide's explanations throughout were very professional and engaging. I also highly recommend watching the 4K and dome theater movies, as they are very helpful in understanding the history and cultural value of the Dazu Rock Carvings!
