From Cusco: Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain privated tour

Discover the three rainbow mountains of Palccoyo on a guided day trip from Cusco. Hike to the top of the mountains and take in the views of the Ausangate mountain, the highest snow-capped mountain in Cusco.

Start your day with a pick-up from your hotel in Cusco and travel to Cusipata town. Enjoy a delicious breakfast before continuing to Palccoyo. Take a detour to the left bank of the Salka River along an unpaved road. Throughout the trip, enjoy beautiful high Andean landscapes and see herds of alpacas and llamas.

After 1.5 hours of travel, arrive at the end of the route. As soon as you get there, see one of the mountains of colors. Get ready for a short walk to reach the main viewpoint.
