Before you head out, get a map that is thoroughly explained, directing you to manatee sanctuaries and designated swim areas. All of the employees are Crystal River Florida natives, so they can give you all the information needed to fully enjoy the experience that is Kings Bay.

Choose from a single kayak, a double kayak, or a hybrid paddleboard. Get a life jacket, a paddle, and a small dry bag. If you need it, get a short paddling lesson.

If you're venturing with a friend, you might be interested in the double kayak which is also great for children. You also have the choice for children 6 and under to pay $10 additional dollars for small kids joining in the middle.

While (SUP) Stand-up Paddle Boarding may seem intimidating, it's much easier than anticipated. Standing provides a whole new perspective of the water, giving you great visibility to spot manatees and various wildlife.

The hybrid paddle boards come with a chair at the renter's request that is adjustable and super comfortable.
