Everest Base Camp Helicopter Landing Tour from TIA - 1 Day

Embark on an exciting full-day helicopter tour from Kathmandu to the base camp of Mt. Everest with a landing at Kala Patthar (5,555 m). On the day of departure for your Mt. Everest helicopter tour, arrange an early morning transfer from your hotel to Tribhuvan International Airport to board your helicopter to Lukla.

Enjoy beautiful aerial views of the Kathmandu Valley as your helicopter flies east towards Lukla. Admire views of snow-capped peaks such as Jugal Himal, Gaurishankar and Langtang.

Your helicopter will make a short stop at Lukla Airport for refueling and enjoy breathtaking views of the Everest region. Afterwards, the helicopter will hover over Sagarmatha National Park, Syangboche, Tengboche, Pheriche, Gorakshep, Everest Base Camp, Khumbu Glacier and finally the summits of Everest, Nuptse, Changtse, Cho Oyu, Ama Dablam, Khumbutse, Changtse, Pumori and Lhotse.

In rare cases, bad weather conditions may prevent the helicopter from landing at Kala Patthar for safety reasons.
