My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker 😔★

We did a day tour with driver/guide Mr. Reinier, and it was an excellent experience. He is a very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable person who explained all the locations clearly and patiently. Throughout the tour, he personally took care of all our needs and made sure we were comfortable at every stop. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made the trip memorable.
