Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Drivers must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Passengers must be 7+ and accompanied by an 18+ guardian.
Boating Safety: Drivers born after 1988 must complete a Boater Safety Course (informations sent after booking).
Weight Limit: For safety and performance reasons, each Jet Ski has a maximum total weight limit of 300 lbs (~136 kg) to ensure proper balance and control. For double jet ski options, if any of the pairs exceed this weight limit, our on-site instructor will be required to assign one Jet Ski per person, and an additional charge will apply.
Documentation: A valid photo ID is required for all participants at check-in.
Jet Ski age requirement : 0-6 not allowed and can't be left unsupervised. 7-15 passengers only with parent/guardian 18+ (ID + waiver). 16+ can drive or be a passenger. 16/17 YO drivers/passengers with parent/guardian 18+ (ID + waiver).
