An amazing trip. I confess we were apprehensive before going, but the trip to Serra da Estrela exceeded all expectations. The beauty, grandeur, and exuberance of the place make the experience simply amazing—one of those that stays in your memory. It's a trip that appeals to everyone from children to adults. Serra da Estrela offers a different experience from traditional tourism in Portugal, revealing landscapes that few know. Antônio was our guide and made all the difference in the experience. Extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help us enjoy every moment of the trip in the best possible way, he contributed to making the day even more special. If we are in Portugal again, we will certainly repeat the trip to Serra da Estrela. And, if we are in Lisbon, we would undoubtedly choose to do the tour again with Antônio.

The guided tour with audio guide was fantastic. We were able to complete the tour at our own pace and listen to all the explanations in German. The port wine tasting was also great.

During our stay in Porto, we wondered over to Gaia, took the gondola down and ended up in WOW, it did not disappoint! We purchased the daily pass and made the most use costing 5 museums over the afternoon. We saw Planet Cork, Wine Experience, the Chocolate Story, Pink Palace and the history of Porto! The staff throughout the whole place were very pleasant, answered all our questions. These are all self guided tours. Planet cork was amazing, didn't realize how much you could do with this. The wine experience tour was just as good so much info on wine. With a tasting at the end by Joao who was also great! The Chocolate Story was next and we had a great time enjoying chocolate from all the different stations and learning of its long history! again, the staff was awesome! The pink palace was really fun and definitely a instragram worthy opportunity at every turn! And finally the history of Porto! If you're looking for a great experience for wine, history and fun visit WOW!!

We had to wait 5 minutes for the next tasting (since there were only two of us)... no problem... but when the next people were called in for their tasting, we were told to wait again. Everyone else had been given priority and we were told to wait... what's the point of that? We left... without a tasting... a shame, because the museum would have been very interesting and educational (especially if you don't know anything about winemaking).


