Railay: Illuminated Clear Kayak Night Tour Bioluminescence

Paddle off into the sunset in your 100% clear kayak with our guided group tours of Magical Railay Bay.

Meet at our shop 10 minutes early for a quick sign-in and life jacket fitting at our shop on the Railay Walking Street. As a group we'll head to the beachfront at 6:00PM for a brief introduction to guides and gear before we head off on an adventure into the night. Expect the unexpected as every evening, nature will provide a unique glimpse into her world.

Under colors of sunset we begin our journey. Paddling under the iconic limestone cliffs that made Railay famous world-wide, we peak into caves and caverns, and glide under ancient stalactites while flying foxes migrate above and the sun sinks low. As skies darken and stars appear, you will see the lights under your kayak illuminate shallow waters and create a glow all around you to light the way.

Fully into the darkness, we'll be watching as silverfish and a variety of friendly sea creatures welcome us to their habitat. And, of course, experience everyone's favorite, Bioluminescent Plankton! For our best chance to see them glitter brightly, we will turn off all our lights and swirl the water to witness the shimmering wonders.

We'll end the 2-hour excursion by paddling back, lights all aglow, to Railay Beach with memories to last a lifetime.
