Itinerary
Discover the Magic of the Forest – A Guided Shinrin-Yoku Experience

Step into the ancient embrace of North Vancouver's old-growth forest and experience the restorative power of nature. This two-hour guided Forest Therapy walk, inspired by Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and awaken your senses in one of the region's most breathtaking landscapes.

We begin with a gentle, scenic walk through one of my favorite forests—lush, vibrant, and ever-changing with the seasons. Whether veiled in mist, bathed in golden sunlight, or alive with birdsong, this forest offers a timeless beauty that never fails to inspire. Along the way, there will be opportunities to pause, take photos, and connect with the landscape.

Midway, we'll find a serene spot to immerse ourselves in the practice of Forest Bathing—an invitation to engage all your senses. Feel the cool breeze on your skin, listen to the rustling leaves and flowing river, inhale the fresh scent of cedar and moss, and take in the dappled light filtering through towering trees. I will also bring a small, locally inspired treat to enhance your sensory connection with nature.

Led by a certified guide, life coach and cancer survivor, this experience is designed for individuals, families, and participants of most abilities. Whether you're seeking relaxation, clarity, or a deeper connection to nature, this journey offers a moment of peace in the heart of the wild.
