Experience Berlin on an eco-friendly boat tour on our modern, emission-free solar catamaran and glide silently through the capital on the Spree. The solar ship combines a modern ambience with environmental friendliness. Let Berlin's highlights pass you by in a relaxed way.
The tour starts right at the Oberbaumbrücke at the harbor of Solarwaterworld AG, in Friedrichshain Kreuzberg. Experience the highlights of the city's explanations in an exclusive atmosphere. On the approx. 2.5-hour tour, we'll pass all the city's sights that can be seen from the water and spoil you with information, drinks, and snacks. We'll pass through the imposing Oberbaum Bridge and glide past the world-famous East Side Gallery. Right after that, a highlight of the trip comes: the Suncat 120 going through the Mühlendamm lock. The next section takes the solar ship further west down the Spree. Here you'll see the world-famous Museum Island and Berlin's government district with the Reichstag and the Federal Chancellery. Not much further, you'll see the main train station, Berlin's architectural showcase. The catamaran continues westwards to the House of World Cultures, or as Berliners say: to the "Pregnant Oyster." There, the ship turns around and heads back to the port of Solarwaterworld AG.
There's no general PA system on the ship, as is usual for city tours; you'll learn everything you need to know via audio guides. It's available in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Hebrew, and Russian. No loud engine noise will disturb you while exploring Berlin from the water.
Solarwaterworld AG reserves the right to use all of its ships for this tour or to swap ships. All our ships are solar electric catamarans
