Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. I used it when sightseeing in Zurich. The setup process involved opening the voucher sent via email, taking a photo of the QR code with another device, and scanning it on the device I was using, or opening the URL and scanning it. It was easy to set up. While it might depend on the location, I was able to use it in Liechtenstein, which is next to Switzerland, as it picked up Swiss signals. (Although I only used it for Google Maps.)

Pretty good. Guide was quite informative even though we had less interaction with them. Since we drove our own car. Still had to pay full price even though we did not use the bus or the hotel pickup. But other tickets were not available
