I joined this tour when planning my first trip to Austria as a graduation trip. ✈️ It was safer than going to Hallstatt on my own, and most importantly, the tour guide and staff were very kind and helpful, so I felt at ease. We had about two hours of free time in Hallstatt, which was just the right length. In Salzburg, we had a brief guided tour for the first few minutes, followed by free time. Both guides explained things in relatively simple English, which even a Japanese person like me could understand. 🙌🏻 I joined with a friend this time, but if I have the chance to visit Austria again, I'd like to join with my partner or family!★

It was such a pleasant trip! The customer service was very patient in explaining everything. After placing my order, I received an email informing me to wait at my hotel reception at 6:45 AM. The driver would pick me up and take me to the bus pick-up point to the left of the opera house. The customer service representative would call my name from the electronic list. Throughout the trip, the tour guide provided explanations, and I used a translation app to translate everything simultaneously. Even if you don't speak English, it wasn't a problem. As long as you knew the pick-up point and the meeting time, and confirmed with the tour guide again, you could relax and enjoy the trip while taking photos.About
