Begin at Piazza Bra, meeting your guide there. Admire the Arena, Italy's largest and most renowned amphitheater, and the Palazzo Barbieri, where the Austrian Civic Guard was based. Then, go to Piazza delle Erbe, Verona's most ancient square, built on the old Roman forum site.
Continue to Piazza dei Signori, or Dante's Square, where you'll find the statue of Dante. Nearby, check out Juliet's House and her famous balcony, just off Piazza delle Erbe.
