I really enjoyed the waterfalls! The guide's service was more like a driver than a guide because he didn't explain anything; he just drove you around and you did the tour on your own. But he was very friendly, and the vehicle was comfortable and clean.

The boat ride was excellent and it was like being at a mini Niagara Falls. The boat ride was worth the extra 10 francs. Beautiful little town of 3k residents was like out of a fairy book. Rolf, our tour guide, was funny which made the bus ride more enjoyable. He was well informed and we learned a lot about Switzerland.

Very easy to use. Save the QR code (both 50% off tickets and half fare card) for staff checking when you take train. I also enjoyed 50% off when I bought top of Europe ticket.

It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.
