If a cancellation request is submitted before 09:30, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 09:30 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Single Drivers must be at least 9 years old and 52″ tall.
- Double Drivers must be at least 16 years old and 52″ tall.
- Passengers must be at least 3 years old and 36″ tall.
- Total combined rider weight cannot exceed 300 pounds per the manufacturer.
- Cameras, Phones, and loose hats & clothing are not allowed on the Runaway.
- This is an active participation ride. Drivers must read & understand safety guidelines and must not be distracted for the duration of the ride.
- Participants must sign and agree to an Adventure Agreement upon arrival.
- Participants under 18 must have an adult or legal guardian to sign for them.
