there were only less than 15 of us so we used mini bus which was a bit tight for someone who is 175cm or higher. tour guide was funny and always available to assist. departed right on time, no stress to find the meeting point. wish we were given a little more time in takeyama as the surroundings were extremely beautiful. very good price for what we got. and of course the star of the show was shirakawago which was mind blowing. highly recommended especially if you are visiting in winter★

We had an amazing experience! Our driver Martin was punctual, arriving right on time at 2AM and staying with us all the way until 4PM. We managed to visit 6 locations in one day, and his driving skills made the whole trip smooth and comfortable. He also communicated very well, which made everything easy and stress-free.
A special thanks as well to Sute for our Mount Batur sunrise jeep experience. He was very well-prepared, an excellent photographer, and made sure we had the best views and memories. We also went to Kintamani Highlands to see the black lava rocks—such a unique experience!
Sute is a skilled 4x4 driver and even has great music taste—you can really vibe with him during the ride.

I was traveling alone and was a little nervous about how everything would go, but this tour exceeded all expectations. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring—I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip.
The sunrise jeep tour to Gunung Batur was simply stunning: the sunrise views were unforgettable, the atmosphere was magical.
After sunrise, we visited a cafe in Kintamani with a stunning view of the volcano and lake—the perfect end to the trip. Everything was perfectly organized, unhurried, and with attention to detail.
I highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers—you'll definitely feel cared for and welcomed.★

First time trying out 4WD to Lake Lava Mount Batur, our driver Dewa did a fantastic job along the way. Safety was his priority along the stone filled bumpy ride. Also brought us to photo spots for nice pictures, taking beautiful photos for us. Great to have him with us, thank you.★

All staffs are great they do. The itinerary is awesome. But the car transport from hotel is broken car’s Air conditioner. Feeling so hot and hard to be sit in the car. We went to half and an hour in the hot car. Maybe they should fix and prepare all the cars
