• Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff time will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.

• Unclaimed seats can be sold 20 minutes prior to flight time

• On all scheduled service flights: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to departure. Within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee

• Baggage allowance: 25 lbs guaranteed. Additional baggage weight is available based on space, with a charge of $3 per pound.
