Itinerary
Travel through the history and nature of Mallorca on a century-old train that will take you between mountains, orange groves, and dreamlike landscapes to the heart of Sóller and its charming port.

Take the legendary wooden train of Sóller through the Sierra de Alfabia in the Tramuntana and the Valley of Sóller, between orange groves, olive trees, tunnels, and steep mountains, offering an unforgettable experience.

Arriving in Sóller, its main square invites you to relax on a terrace overlooking the church of San Bartolomé and the Sóller's bank, both in the modernist style designed by Joan Rubió, a disciple of Gaudí.

The railway, inaugurated at the beginning of the 20th century, broke the isolation of Sóller, facilitating the transport of passengers and goods. From the village, take the also centenary wooden tram to the Port of Sóller, a natural harbor surrounded by mountains with a rich maritime history, as it used to be a trading center coveted by pirates.

Depending on the train operating schedules, either the outward journey is by train and the return to Palma by bus, or vice versa.

Kindly note that this trip is concretely addressed to those travelers specifically interested in the Soller train and tramway rides themselves. Hence, being a half day excursion, there is not much time left on each destination.

For those travelers interested in spending more time exploring each place, we highly advise them to book either the afternoon departure of this half-day trip or our full day Mallorca Grand tour instead.
