This was an excellent experience in every way. To have a guide with deep knowledge of the island’s history, food culture, and culinary traditions started our week in Mallorca on the best footing. The market visit was incredible, followed by a few hours at Deborah’s impressive, feel-good studio. It was a beautiful space to prep, cook and dine. And Deborah is a great instructor. Afterwards, she gave us guidance on some out-of-the-way places to visit, including restaurants and museums. Her classes change with the seasonal produce. We had winter, and are looking forward to intend to another season in the future. We love this island!★

Birgit is a real gem, always looking after her guests' well-being, starting even before the trip. We changed the tour depending on the weather, and it was simply a fantastic experience. My parents and I were absolutely thrilled because everything was perfect. A huge thank you to Birgit and her sunny disposition, which brightened our day despite the rain and fulfilled our every wish.
