Amazing tour guide. Helpful, friendly, and good communication. Unfortunately I was disappointed at the end they dropped me to walk 10 minutes with my luggage after a long day hiking. It’s not like we were late and the driver needed to be somewhere. Simply the driver refused to drive a few 350 meters to drop me.★

The driver was a Xinjiang native who became a Kazakh citizen 10 years ago. He spoke Chinese and was quite good at communicating. The scenery was decent, but the journey was long and took more than 12 hours, so it was quite tiring!★

The trip was amazing!!! Tour guide was on time , very helpful and a fun person who made the tour 100x excellent. Its cheaper than other tour, but the service was perfect. He made sure we had great time, bought us chocolate. Told us to join in the activities which made it hard to forget. It worth it, he took care of us and lets us have fun while ensure we got to dance/cook/ride horses as well. The tour took only half day which was the best since we came down from 3days in shymbulak and so tired already and wanted a free and easy day for nomadic tour. So choosing this tour with him made the trip wholesome and fun. Never regret. Pls choose this. Worth every single cents!!★

We combined on the same day the Almaty city tour and the visit to the Shymbulak Ski Station. Even in the summer, that's a very beautiful and pleasant place. On the highest point you have a great view of the place. Our guide from Neomad, Nursultan, was a great company, we had an excellent day with him.★

The horseback riding and the view were beautiful! However, we have the following complaints: 1. There were no safety precautions while riding; we weren't even given helmets. We were put on the horse immediately, even though we had absolutely no riding experience. 2. There are no restroom facilities on site. Nevertheless, it was an unforgettable adventure!
