Reviews: [9-Person Group] Hakone In-Depth Day Tour: Lake Ashi Cruise / Owakudani Cable Car / Tokyo Night View

This Hakone day trip on Ctrip was fantastic! The itinerary was well-planned and efficient, covering all the classic attractions like Lake Ashi, Owakudani, and Hakone Shrine. The cable car and boat tours were excellent. The guide was professional and patient, providing detailed explanations and helpful photo spots, and the driver drove smoothly. The entire trip was hassle-free; I didn't need to worry about transportation or planning. I could deeply experience Hakone's nature and culture – excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

Reviews: Kamakura Youth Memories + Enoshima + Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Night View Day Tour Including Enoden Experience

Unfortunately, our departure was delayed by more than 45 minutes due to a traffic accident, but thankfully the local guide managed to catch up with the schedule once we were on the road. Our guide, Peter, deserves a special mention. He’s an excellent storyteller, with strong bilingual skills in both Mandarin and English. His commentary was informative, entertaining, and really brought each stop to life. That said, the traffic congestion throughout the day caused us to miss out on fully enjoying some key highlights. We couldn’t explore the Red Brick Warehouse since it closed at 7:00 PM, and we were also disappointed to miss the Ramen Museum, which closed at 6:00 PM. By the time we reached Yokohama, most attractions were already shut. Luckily, we still managed to catch the return cable car ride, which was a nice way to wrap up the day.
Reviews: Yokohama nightscape + Slam Dunk Kamakura + Enoshima stroll|Japanese-style 1-day tour

Overall, we enjoyed the tour. Jack, the guide, was attentive and diligent, explaining everything and keeping an eye on the group. He tries his best and gives it his all. We didn't get a good idea of where the "night lights of Yokohama" were along the route—we saw the wheel, but there were no lights or any dramatic illuminations, and visiting a brick building...well, that's also not much. In short, we would have preferred to spend more time in Enoshiya and Kamakura than spending an hour and a half in Yokohama.
