Our guide, Primos (spelling?) was outstanding! He shared facts and stories about the places we visited and modified our tour when we were too tired to do much more walking. He is rightfully very proud of his city, Lyubljana, and made us feel like we were visiting a friend showing off his hometown. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone. Jerneja was a wonderful guide for our truffle hunting and preparing tour. She introduced us to truffle hunter Valdi and his lab/golden retriever mix Bistra and explained the rigorous training that was required for such an endeavor as well as gave interesting background information about truffles (including useful tips on how to spot real and fresh truffles at a restaurant). Bistra found about 8 truffles during our 45 minute hunt. Best of all, we then went back to Jerneja’s house where she taught us how to prepare and cook some of the truffles we had just gathered in a delicious fuži pasta dish, accompanied with some wine, juice and small bites. Overall a really fun, tasty and informative culinary adventure!★

An unforgettable experience in Dar es Salaam with Dove Adventure!
I recently spent three days (January 23rd–25th, 2026) in Dar es Salaam, and the experience was top-notch, thanks to Dove Adventure.
I coordinated everything with Annastancia, who provided excellent service from start to finish. One of the highlights was their recommendation to visit Bagamoyo on the 24th—an extraordinary experience made even better by our guide there, Idrisa Mtoro. His knowledge and passion really brought the history to life.
I also want to give a special mention to Derick Mosa, our driver-guide for the entire three days. He was professional, reliable, and overall excellent.
I highly recommend this agency to anyone visiting Tanzania. Professional, well-organized, and truly memorable!★

Was easy to find the tour as it was right at the NCL Pier! The guide was informative on our way to Piran. We had enough time in Piran to walk on our own...shop...and have lunch. Beautiful town on the water.
