It was much more interesting than I had imagined. The tour guide picked us up on time and took us to the TV station, where he and another TV staff member provided commentary. We visited the set design, control room, and stage.

Our tour guide, Sammi, was very thoughtful, and all the other travelers were punctual, never late for the meeting time. She managed the time very well and provided detailed explanations. I would definitely like to join another day trip to Korea next time.

It was a very relaxing and enjoyable day trip. The weather was too cold to ice fish, so our driver/guide and the Jilin uncle at the fish farm arranged for us to go ice trout fishing. We caught two trout and even let the kids use chopsticks to pick up small fish. The catch was fried and eaten on the spot. The café was also quite unique; it was inconspicuous but worth exploring. We enjoyed the sledding to our hearts' content. Because it was cold and there were very few people on a weekday, we went dozens of times – we really got our money's worth! 😂 Our driver, Mr. Jin, was very nice; he spoke some Chinese, so communication was no problem. There were no extra charges during the trip. Overall, it was fantastic, a great experience, excellent service, and great value for money.
