The Palatine is the main gallery inside the Palace and it contains around 500 Renaissance paintings. It was the private collection of the Medici family. There are 28 rooms and inside their last sumptuous residence, you can still admire remarkable masterpieces by Botticelli, Titian, Rubens, Caravaggio, and many other Italian and European painters from the 15th to the 17th century.
