Be careful when boarding! As soon as we arrived in Mogan by car, the first thing we did was head over to see where the boarding area was. When we approached a nearby parking lot, we saw the boarding point about 100 meters away and felt reassured seeing that the pier was very close, so we decided to take a stroll through the pretty streets of Mogan. When we got closer to board, it turned out that the 100 meters was an optical illusion, as the pier was actually on the other side of the dock. Walking all the way around the dock takes about 15 minutes. So be very careful with your timing.
