We had a lovely tour with Elisa! Very knowledgable and such a nice character. She gave us lots of information and was very enthusiastic. We climbed Giotto’s Bell Tower in our own at the end of the tour. Would recommend 😊★

It was awesome but we were put into danger from poor navigation of the bus driver because he drove the bus under a low bridge and hit the top of the bus and kept driving which caused the unit on top of the bus to smoke and filled the cab with toxic smoke which resulted us in a emergency evacuation
