Great fun! Rodrigo was excellent, he gave really good instruction and was professional and attentive as it was my first time on a Segway. The ride up to the castle was fun and provided us with amazing views. Rodrigo was knowledgeable about the city and even recommended some restaurants. We loved it so much we wanted to do it again! I would definitely recommend.★

The flamenco was great,which is all I really went for, the staff were lovely but the meal was very expensive, which was on top of the ticket, which I was aware of and it was made clear, just very pricey for what it was, add to that travel and drinks and it was a very expensive couple of hours★

The guide was excellent and the tour itself was worth every penny. However the experience leading up to the event, was "strange". I booked a private tour and got a confirmation for 11am. They then called me and insisted to move it to 12 or change it into a public tour. Obvious reason was that wouldbe more cost effective for them. Eventually they did agree to honnor the original deal, but only after several exchanges back and forth - which degrades the total experience. I feared they would cancel completely. Furthermore, we were 6 people of which one fell ill on the morning of the tour. Tried to ask for a refund or voucher for another tour another time, but zero flexibility. Money wasted, which was fair but not an above and beyond experience. So, guide 5. Value 3. Overall 4.
