Arrive at Newfound Gap, nearly 1 mile above sea level. See part of the mighty Appalachian Trail on a short walk, see Newfound Gap's stunning viewpoint. The return trip from Newfound Gap includes stops for more photos. You'll see the streams that ultimately feed the Gulf of Mexico via the mighty Mississippi River.
