Montpellier: St. Guilhem le Désert and Moureze Day-Trip

Your experience begins as you meet in Montpellier with your local guide. It will be at this point you will receive a presentation of the excursion itinerary before your departure in an air-conditioned minibus.

In a small group, discover the small medieval village of Mourèze and its cirque with other-worldly rock formations. Shortly before lunch time, you will return to the minibus to explore a unique lake which is sure to make an impression on you. It will be at this location you will be free to enjoy a picnic at the water's edge, as you chat with your guide.

In the early afternoon, admire beautiful gorges and a medieval bridge which is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will later finish the day strolling through the winding streets of a medieval village full of artisanal shops in a natural and enchanting setting. History is also very present in this area, which boasts an impressive abbey with a glorious past.
