My Father served in World War II and in Normandy. He often told his stories about his experiences there. It was a day of mixed emotions seeing and learning more about the history, places and artifacts of those who fought in that theater. I appreciated Igor‘s broad understanding of all accounts and historical facts. It really was like a mini history course as he has a high level of knowledge and depth of understanding of this most important period in the history of France, Europe and our USA. Would most certainly recommend this tour and specifically Igor as a primer. To be sure all the knowledge he shared on the tour you will want to follow up on and do your own research to further understand World War II and the Normandy theater. Thank you Igor. An amazing and well thought out museum. so much to see, well laid out and informative. We spent nearly 4 hours wandering around and so didn't see everything. Would highly recommend... excellent value for money!
