Great servicecfrom Meg in the office when our first flight had to be cancelled due to bad weather. She quickly re-scheduled us for the following day.will the bus driver was a fun character and gave us several good tips about local activities. Mark the pilot was excellent and all the staff were very safety conscious. Overall it was a slick, professional, efficient operation with customer service being another priority. Would highly recommend.★

The overall itinerary was somewhat rushed due to Japanese driver service time regulations. The Takayama leg of the trip was particularly tight, mainly because completing a meal and a full visit to the Takayama Jinya (traditional Japanese houses) within two hours was quite strenuous. Two hours was more than enough for the Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri village. The tour guide was very professional and nice, and his explanations were quite interesting. The group members came from all over the world, with mainland Chinese tourists making up about 10%, making it a very international team.
