Ricardo’s friendly and welcoming nature immediately put everyone at ease. The tour itself was a perfect mix of adventure and culture. We ventured off the beaten track into scenic hills, crossed streams, and explored lush meadows, all in a convoy of jeeps that felt like a thrilling journey through time. Stopping in charming white-washed villages gave us a glimpse of traditional life in the Algarve, and Ricardo pointed out local customs and hidden gems that we would have never discovered on our own. Highlights included visiting a small distillery to taste the potent local medronho, seeing traditional honey production, and enjoying a delicious lunch at a typical local restaurant. Every stop felt thoughtfully chosen and genuinely authentic.

The staff were great on the boat very attentive and pointing out landmarks etc. It was a great experience and obviously the highlight was seeing the sunsetting which the boat stop for so we could exerience the full wonder. Truly magical.
