Departure from Florence
Your adventure begins in front of Santa Maria Novella train station, where you'll meet your expert guide. We'll then board a comfortable, air-conditioned coach and set off on our action-packed day in Tuscany.
Discover Siena
Step into the heart of medieval Siena with a guided walking tour led by a local expert. Wander through the city's charming streets lined with yellow-ochre buildings, terracotta rooftops, and green shutters. Visit the world's oldest bank, take in the grandeur of Piazza del Campo—home to the historic Palio horse race—and marvel at the magnificent Duomo, filled with priceless artworks. After the tour, enjoy free time to explore at your own pace, shop, or unwind at a picturesque open-air café.
Tuscan Lunch at a Chianti Vineyard
Next, we visit a family-owned organic winery— THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY. Take part in a relaxed wine tasting session featuring Chianti, Vernaccia, and the sweet Vin Santo. Then, enjoy a traditional Tuscan lunch accompanied by generous servings of wine, all while soaking in panoramic views of the rolling countryside. This is a perfect chance to connect with fellow travelers over a meal of fresh, organic delights: homemade pasta, artisanal cured meats (like prosciutto and salami), local cheeses, garden-fresh salad, and classic Tuscan biscotti.
Note: If you select the tour option without lunch, this vineyard experience will not be included; instead, you'll have extended time to explore San Gimignano.
San Gimignano
After lunch, we journey to the charming hilltop town of San Gimignano, where you'll have free time to explore at your leisure. Stroll through its picturesque streets and lively squares, browse local artisan shops, savor a scoop of award-winning gelato, or admire the town's iconic medieval towers that rise above the skyline.
Scenic Drive Through Tuscany & Pisa
Next, enjoy a leisurely drive through the stunning Tuscan countryside en route to our final destination—Pisa. Once there, get up close to the world-famous Leaning Tower, as well as the impressive Cathedral and Baptistery. A short guided tour through Pisa's historic center will reveal a different side of this iconic city, rich in culture and history.
Return to Florence
We'll arrive back in Florence around 8:30 PM, with your camera full of memories, your heart (and stomach) full of delicious Tuscan flavors, and new friendships to cherish.
