Reviews: Munich Old Town Walking Tour
Guest User2025-12-12
Patrick was absolutely superb! He guided us through the historical aspects of Munich in with just the right amount of detail. He had a refreshing sense of humor that would periodically surface! His explanations of the architecture added to the overall understanding of the City of Munich. We highly recommend Patrick to future travelers!
Reviews: Third Reich Walking Tour Munich

On a freezing cold (-2C) Saturday, we met Keith for our walking tour to learn about the Third Reich, Nazi Party and how Hitler came to be Fuhrer. It was an excellent tour and Keith is clearly a very knowledgeable man. He took us to some very relevant and interesting buildings where he elaborated on their part in history. I had an issue booking using PayPal because the booking site kept crashing when I had to confirm payment on the PayPal app. I eventually gave up and phoned the published number where the call taker sorted my booking quickly and efficiently but, I paid €5 more than the advertised price, presumably a handling/admin fee as they were a 3rd party company. However, this did not detract from the tour. I found it riveting and am grateful for Keith's subject matter expertise.

Reviews: Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace Day Trip from Munich

Everything was perfect. The bus was very comfortable, the driver impeccable, and the guide was also very attentive and her narration engaging. The excursion to the castles was like something out of a fairytale: the entire landscape was covered in snow, and the castle visits were beautiful. It's a shame that photography wasn't allowed, but everything was stunning. I highly recommend it.
Reviews: Munich Architecture Tour: Hidden Gems (Max. 16 guests)
Guest User2026-02-15
The "Hidden Architectural Gems of Munich" tour with Philipp was a true highlight. We discovered places we would otherwise have walked right past – from the Bahnwärter Thiel (a former railway signalman) to impressive street art and hidden gems like "Little Venice." It wasn't just about architecture, but also about urban development, culture, subculture, and fascinating background information. Philipp combines his knowledge with genuine enthusiasm. The stories were well-researched but never dry – quite the opposite: we had great conversations, were able to ask questions, and were constantly engaged in lively discussions. You can tell that this is someone with a passion for and deep understanding of the city, and we learned many new things from a Munich insider. The additional insider tips for further cultural and culinary experiences were also invaluable. We had a fantastic time and can wholeheartedly recommend Philipp and his tour. Thank you so much!
