We had a lot of fun. The quad biking felt very safe. My son loved careering over the dunes. We had a short camel ride and tried out a bit of sand boarding too.★

We got it urgently for one day, since they were already giving out a free SIM card at the border. :( The price is steep, but Dubai is like that. Roaming with a Russian SIM card would have been more expensive anyway. Speed is limited to 10 Mbps, and there's no 5G. Basically, like everything in Dubai—expensive and not great. :)★
