Take your guided tour of each conservation area and information center on the same day or on different days within a month's time. View bears, wolves, and lynxes that can't be reintroduced because they were illegally held, injured, or orphaned.
Discover how the facilities work to help these majestic creatures and find out more about the ecology of the area. Hike thorugh a beech forest and admire the area's rich biodiversity. Have the chance to walk thorugh the charming village of Nymfaio.
Please note: This is not a private tour. Visitors join the standard guided tours together with other participants. Tours are conducted in both English and Greek, depending on the composition of the group. While you may book a tour in English, please note that the guide may alternate between the two languages to accommodate all visitors.
For the Bear Conservation Area, please park your car in the designated free parking lot located about 1 km before the entrance and follow the signs to the facility. Visitors with mobility disabilities may drive directly to the entrance.
