The Lake Cruise & Nature Walk is an all-inclusive adventure boat tour and guided bushwalking experience (including lunch) around the largest permanent saltwater lake in the southern hemisphere, Lake Macquarie.
Your guides will take you on a tour of some of the most picturesque bays, beaches and islands of Lake Mac, before alighting for a guided bushwalk through the Lake Macquarie State Conservation Area.
The nature walk is an easy 2-kilometre walk through the national park located along the Wangi Peninsula. The track has a plethora of flora and fauna including huge eucalypts trees, and many sea birds, including cormorants, white-faced herons, darters, and white-bellied sea eagles.
The tour finishes with lunch overlooking the Pulbah Island Nature Reserve, before returning by boat, back to Speers Point.
