I welcome you to the cellar with a glass of wine to start the tasting. We will then watch an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children).
I will take you to visit the family cellar dating back to 1850, discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines and discover our barrel made for the Universal Exhibition of 1900.
In 2020 following the organic conversion of my entire estate, we renovated our cellar and use now of this new space to offer our visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic experience in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels : unique in France... It is a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. The whole video is projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on some sequences) with sound work, throwing the audience in total immersion in my story.
We will continue this "Wine time" (tea time around wine) in our tearoom with sweet and salty delicacies : cheese, delicatessen, macaron, gingerbread, fruit, chocolate coulis and fruit coulis.
You also cannot register the children, and they can choose a snack directly here.
A guide is at your disposal throughout the visit to exchange and answer your questions.
