The printing process at the kiosk wasn't smooth. Even when I scanned the PIN code instead of the QR code, the kiosk failed to print the ticket. I ended up having to collect the ticket from a guide on the island of Venice.

Valet passes are valid for 75 minutes from the time they are issued, so even if you have a reservation for a specific date, you should issue your pass just before the day you plan to use it. I accidentally issued a pass for a reservation for another day and wasted it.

The boat was comfortable and the guide was informative and clear. In Murano, the glass blowing is fantastic to see, the glass master just makes it look so easy In burano, so pretty, lovely to get a small bite to eat and head back There isn’t much to do on either of these islands but the relaxed pace and the beautiful setting is enough. Highly recommend this trip

Terrific guide, Giovanni, contacted us to confirm our pick up spot. Walked us to the water taxi, gave us interesting information during the ride to the island. Handed us over to the guide, Erica, at the glass blowing shop. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the talented artists creating art and beauty. Then we visited the 5 showrooms filled with stunning pieces available for purchase. Giovanni then walked us to the water bus station to ensure we knew how to get back to Venice. Terrific tour! Highly recommend Giovanni! 😀


