Terrible. We stopped to use the restroom, and the driver said that five of us would have to leave. Thank goodness I didn't go to the bathroom because three of us would have had to leave without my wife and daughter. It's unbelievable that this man has a responsibility for his passengers and doesn't care if he leaves someone behind. The same thing happened at lunchtime. He told us we were leaving at 2:10 PM, and at 1:40 PM we were leaving, and he insisted he hadn't said 2:10 PM, even though everyone else had told him he had. And then he had the nerve to ask for a tip. The excursion itself was fine, but this man doesn't give you a very good impression.

Tony the driver and Kevin the tour guide were fantastic and the tour really covers a lot of ground and speaking to the history of the city and key highlights of the landmarks. I’m not sure that the glass top was worth it in the winter for a couple reasons (1. I imagine the open air environment in warmer weather is a plus and 2. The glass was covered in ice and salt residue from the winter weather which made it hard to actually see anything clearly through it.) I highly recommend the tour and if you are a music lover, we especially recommend Kevin as the guide 😉 One other note, Kevin’s preparation of the group to experience the 9/11 Memorial was incredibly meaningful and enhances the experience significantly.

Everything was wonderful! The presenter was so fun and engaging, the food was lovely and the beverage choices were delightful! Don’t change a thing! The 3 of us enjoyed every moment!

Enjoyed our guide who was very entertaining. He sang and played the whistle really well. Also his poetry recitals were brilliant. The information he talked about was very interesting and there were lots of amazing facts about the places in Dublin.

We took the activity over two days and appreciated the warm welcome from all the drivers, their professionalism, kindness, and humor. A big thank you to Jane, who was making her debut today and was fantastic.
