If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Important note
Tickets: All passengers, including infants, must have a paid reservation to board. Our guests are looking forward to hearing the tour narration, please make sure this will be appropriate for your children (Ages 10+)
Accessibility: Our vessels are not handicap accessible, and walkers/wheelchairs are not permitted aboard for safety reasons. There is a ramp leading from street level to the dock, so all passengers must be able to navigate this ramp in order to reach the boat. Passengers must be able to stand and step over the side rail of the vessel to board. Walkers and/or wheelchairs can be left inside The Landing or on the docks (at your own risk) during your tour.
Safety: RI Law requires all children under 13 years of age to wear a USCG approved PFD while underway in a vessel. Our vessels are inspected by the USCG, and we carry PFD's aboard for every passenger.
Restrooms: There are no restrooms on our vessels. Please use the restroom inside The Landing prior to boarding.
