Our tour guide, Mr. Chen, gave a very engaging explanation. It was the first time I'd taken my parents on a trip, and even after three hours of walking and listening to his explanations, they weren't tired at all; in fact, they got more and more excited as they listened! 😄😄😄 We were also very lucky on the day we went; the scenery was absolutely stunning.★

The three of us girls hadn't slept much for two days when we went, and it was also our period. The weather was drizzling, the waves were huge, and it was freezing cold. Definitely bring a jacket! We were all wearing long sleeves, long pants, and socks, plus fleece-lined jackets and a large towel wrapped around ourselves, and we were still freezing. When the boat stopped, all three of us were seasick and felt like we wouldn't survive the day. We've been out to sea and fishing before, and the boat stops were never this bad! 😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣 We were the only three Chinese people there, and we couldn't understand the local language. A tour guide, knowing we might not understand, came over and explained things to us. The service was good, and the food was okay, but we didn't dare drink a drop of water.★

I had originally booked a bus from Jiuzhaigou to the train station, but was upgraded at the last minute to a car ride to the station. My train was scheduled for an early morning (9am?), so even though it was early, they picked me up in front of the hotel. The driver was very kind and helpful.
