The tour allows you to see all the places that are difficult to reach on your own. The bus was comfortable, and the group size was good—17 people packed up quickly and moved from place to place without any hassle. The mud volcanoes aren't particularly impressive, but you can reach them off-road in a Niva, which is in danger of falling apart. The most interesting spots are Gobustan (an open-air museum) and the Fire Temple in Absheron. Be prepared to pay extra for the tickets and the Niva ride (we paid 65 manat per person for all the extras) plus lunch. Bring water and a small snack, as lunch isn't until 2:00 PM. The tour was offered in three languages: English, Spanish, and Turkish. They said there were Russian-speaking groups, but we didn't find that option. Overall, it was a great experience for a very reasonable price.

I chose this tour because I was alone and it was what I wanted to see the most. And it was the best decision! It was an incredible day, with the right timing and no rush. The guide Elshad made everything more interesting with his enthusiasm for the history and culture of the place! 10 points for Elshad!

One of the best tours I’ve ever taken! From the unique landscapes of Gobustan National Park to the eternal flames of Yanar Dag, every moment was memorable. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. A must-do in Azerbaijan!
