Daily guided tours unveil the humble beginnings of Irish whiskey, when a raw, early form of the spirit was crafted to ease the woes of a troubled and poor nation. Known originally in Gaelic as uisce beatha, it later evolved into whiskey, and finally whiskey, as we know it today.

At the end of the tour, there's a whiskey tasting led by experienced master whiskey tasters, giving you the opportunity to sample a range of excellent Irish whiskeys and learn the subtle differences between them, discovering the unique flavours locked inside.
