Our guide will pick up you infront of AN Binh market at 6:45 am. Arriving during the market's busiest hours (7:00–9:00 AM), you'll witness the lively trade of fresh produce such as pineapple, mango, rambutan, watermelon etc. The boats here aren't just for trading - they're also floating restaurants and cafés serving up steaming bowls of noodle soup and strong, aromatic Vietnamese coffee. Experience a unique breakfast, ordering from local floating restaurants and cafes look "vietnamese starbucks" which offer delicious noodle soup and strong Vietnamese coffee - a perfect combination to start your day.
After breakfast, hop on a local boat to explore further. Your guide will introduce you to the lives of the locals who live and work on these boats. You'll also get to enjoy a sweet treat: freshly cut pineapple, a true Mekong specialty.
Note*** While you may have read online that the floating market opens at 4:00 AM, that information was outdated by over 25 years! Today, the market is most lively between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, so there's no need for a 5:00 AM start. We've tailored this tour to give you the best experience without the early wake-up call.
Unlike other tours require over an hour of bumpy transfers from the city center, our tour departs directly from the floating market.

2. VENTURE INTO NATURE AND LOCAL LIFE: From the market, we'll cruise into a peaceful maze of jungle canals. 3. Next on our trip is a visit to an ORGANIC COCOA FARM. The owner's father brought the plants back from a trip to Malaysia in 1960, introducing an extremely different crop to the region. All handmade and processed, these chocolate goods are a labour of love for this family.

4. Then, we'll visit a TRADITIONAL AND AUTHENTIC NOODLE-MAKING VILLAGGE, where families have passed down their craft for generations. Here, you'll learn about the age-old methods of noodle production and even get hands-on experience making noodles yourself!

5. IMMER YOURSELF IN LOCAL VILLAGES: The journey continues with a leisurely walk through authentic local villages, where you'll see a variety of tropical fruit trees. Your knowledgeable guide, a true local, will share fascinating insights about the cultivation, harvest, and unique biological traits of the region's fruits.
