From Heraklion: Samaria Gorge Full-Day Guided Hiking Tour

Embark on a full-day adventure to the majestic Samaria Gorge, starting with hotel pick-up between 05:15 – 07:00 from the Heraklion Region.

Morning Stop in Skaleta: Short break for breakfast (optional) and restroom use.

Omalos Plateau: Arrive around 10:00 at the entrance of the Gorge, for a 15-minute preparation before the hike.

Hiking Samaria Gorge (4.5–6 hours):
Experience the breathtaking beauty of Europe's longest gorge with a professional guide. Trek 16 km through the White Mountains, river paths, and forest trails, keep an eye out for the wild Cretan kri-kri goats!

At the end of the Gorge, there is the seaside Agia Roumeli Village: Rest and swim at the beach or enjoy lunch by the sea.

17:45: We will board the boat to Chora Sfakion.
18:45: As soon as we arrive we will take the bus and begin the return journey to Heraklion with a short stop along the way.

Drop-Off: Between 21:30 – 23:30 depending on your location.
