We had a great day in Kakum, Elmina and Cape Coast. The canopy walk was much higher than expected, but it was a lot of fun. Both forts have gut wrenching stories, but I think everyone ought to hear them. Our guide Kojo was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, kind and a good chat. He taught us a lot about Ghana and its customs, and gave us our Ghanaian names. Totally recommended.

Foster was the absolute best. He communicated prior to pick. He was on time. He also explained about construction and the delay it would cause. He made sure all the needs were met and ensured my satisfaction. He also gave information, perspective, and history along the way. As well as answered all questions. The tours themselves were very informative and exactly what I had hoped to get out of them and more. Would definitely recommend. Ask for Foster if you can.

Only my teenage daughter and I participated but the foremost feeling for us was safety. We were picked up at our hotel by Freedom and Jeff who are very knowledgeable about the area so it felt like a tour on our way to the village. Once there, we were warmly greeted with dancing and drumming. Daniel, the village leader, explained the entire process to us before they began. Freedom also served as our interpreter when it was time for us to give a speech or say thanks. The added bonus is that it was on my birthday so everyone exuberantly sang happy birthday! I value the level of customer service provided by Foster, the owner.
