Discover the beauty of the Costa Viola with a wonderful 3-hour boat tour. The meeting point is at our “Alfotour” kiosk/infopoint, where our staff will welcome you and accompany you aboard one of our three boats: Scilla, Cariddi, or Mike.
Departing from the Port of Scilla, we will sail toward Chianalea, the picturesque fishing village known as the “Little Venice of the South,” where houses appear to rise directly from the sea. We will follow the coastline until reaching Favazzina, a beautiful hamlet of Scilla known for its crystal-clear waters, where we will make our first swimming stop of 25–30 minutes.
The tour will then continue to Bagnara Calabra, where from the sea you will admire the third highest bridge in Europe, the monument dedicated to Mia Martini, and the historic Aragonese Tower. During the navigation we will also pass by the Port of Bagnara and observe the evocative French Tunnel.
We will then visit several fascinating sea caves along the coast, including the San Sebastiano Cave, the Arch of Ajax with the Monk's Cave inside, the Sirens' Cave, and finally the largest and most impressive of all, the Swallows' Cave.
The tour will end at the beautiful Cala Janculla beach, reachable only by sea, where we will stop for a second swimming break of 25–30 minutes and enjoy a refreshing drink before returning to the Port of Scilla.
